After receiving her MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, Ms. Ngo Vi Tam Nguyen, sales & marketing director of Vinh Hoan Corp, dived straight into the seafood industry, dedicated to work on her way to develop the chain in Vietnam’s second largest pangasius producer Vinh Hoan.

As chief sales officer and a member of the board, she has always been the leader to steer Vinh Hoan in efforts for sustainable growth and value addition. She has always been known for the respect for colleagues and their customers. Her desire is to change the industry for the benefit of everyone working in it.
